Sheila graduated in 2000 from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy. She is currently a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and National Certification
Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
Sheila continues to expand her practice and education with massage therapy. In 2007, she became certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (AOBT) while training under founder Ruthie Hardee Piper.
In 2009, Sheila became a Certified Infant Massage Teacher while training under Tina Allen, Master Teacher and founder of Liddle Kidz.
