Sheila graduated in 2000 from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy. She is currently a member of the International Massage Association (IMA) and National Certification
Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
Sheila continues to expand her practice and education with massage therapy. In 2007, she became certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (AOBT) while training under founder Ruthie Hardee Piper.
Sheila grew up in LeMars, Iowa, home of Wells Blue Bunny. Sheila moved to Omaha to attend massage school. After graduation, she decided to stay in Omaha to build her practice and raise a family.
